Prof. Patrick Kalasa Kalifungwa

The Author is a social scientist and an accomplished scholar and publisher, who has travelled extensively and embraced Great Thinkers. He attended various colleges and universities including Harvard University School of Government in Boston USA; Lincolnshire and Humberside University UK; Glamorgan University in South Wales UK; Central London College UK; and The University of Graduate Studies in Management (UGSM) Switzerland among others. He is the founder and President of the first Tertiary Hospitality and Tourism University in Zambia and became the vice chancellor and Chief Executive Officer of Livingstone International University of Tourism Excellence and Business Management (LIUTEBM). He was honoured the Professorship at Oxford by the “Oxford Academic Union” UK, in recognition of the scholarly and academic contribution to society and humanity. He is the Author of various books including: “Good Ethical Political Governance”; Philosophy: (The Annotated Literature); The Impact of Epidemics and Financial Crisis on the World Economy; Corporate Thinking (The Governance Systems); he is the co-author with Dr Louis D’Amore of the book “Meeting the challenges of Climate Change to Tourism. He practiced Politics as a Member of Parliament representing a Constituency and as a Cabinet Minister of Tourism, Environment and Natural Resources of the Republic of Zambia.
